Bug fixing Update

Hey folks,

There’s been lots of progress made since I posted here last. Bug fixing has been going along well — I’ve finished fixing and verifying several of the most important areas, specifically the tiled input and output and regular input and output systems.

There are essentially two main areas that I’m working on still for release. The major one  is the Layout view — a final pass to fix all of the issues and bugs curently still in it.

It’s easy for me to loose sight of how far World Machine 2.0 has come since the last publicly available version. My tentative plan is another two weeks of bugfixing, and then begin the final preparations for release — documentation, etc.

See you guys next time!

Sounding great.
If you initially released it without documentation then you would _really_ find out how intuitive the interface and nodes are! πŸ˜‰ Humm maybe not such a good idea, hehehe. πŸ˜› I really appreciated having the “World Machine Help.pdf” when I first downloaded WM.

After alot of looking for all the fractal creation tools i decided to go with world machine. I look forward to a proffessional purchased. Looks like your program uses authentic fractal creation methods. Look forward to using it for both high end 3d in maya and also real-time usage in game engines.

How much longer? Aarrgh! I need my WM 2!! πŸ™‚ Sorry, just really anxious to get my hands on it – I have a project that could really use WM2!!

What, no picture? Thats good to hear, its almost here! I bet that feels pretty good eh?

Any news? I am curious to see what could be the outcome of exporting an obj terrain with its textures to Kerkythea and render it there πŸ™‚
