A simpel Grid Overlay to show Scale.
You can Select two different grids and show them at the same time.
You can also edit the Grid macro and make your own scale, just edit the Custom sized scale.
It is only tested to work with meters, set in the General setup

Do not select a scale that is lower then the detail scale in Project settings
Enjoy!!

The Grid 2.1 can now show height also.
